Trying to limit myself to 1200 calories a day.
Was busy today round the house so didn't have anything to eat all day so decided I would make my own pizza for tea. Put everything in MFP and went to Asda.
Everyone apparently has decided to make their own pizza this weekend as there was no pizza bases (and I have no idea or inclination to make my own).
I'd already had my heart set on a pizza do ended up getting one of the Asda make your own ones (but pre made, because they aren't doing make your own just now).
It was a 10 inch Pepperoni Feast and I ate the whole thing except for the crusts.
It doesn't have any nutritional information on it bevause it's made from scratch.
How many calories do you think it was?
Not that it matters bevause I've eaten it now but in my pizza guilt of it turns out to be way over my calorie goal I might counteract it with salad tomorrow....
