Confused about dentists

I understand dentist cant operate right now but thought there were some special urgent care places being set up. I cant work out how you access them. I seem to be having a google fail on this and thought someone here might know.

U ring your dentist they refer you

Give your dentist a call and they will triage you.

If you meet the criteria, you will be referred to an Urgent Care Center where you will be triaged again. (in London, this is might be via 111)

If they think you need to be seen on an urgent basis and can't control your symptoms at home or with antibiotics, they will book an appointment for you.

Its for my son - are they seeing children too. I am sure my dentist will tell me on monday. I'd got it into my head there would be no one there..
