I'm not actually looking to move at the moment, but might do in a few months. Renting, not buying.
I understand why virtual viewings are being done, but what happens afterwards? Do you have to say yes on the spot and have to move in without having seen it in person, or can you go for an actual viewing first?
No way would I trust a virtual viewing. It would be so easy to hide things like damp, bad plumbing, noisy neighbours, having to walk down a dodgy street to get there.
