DM child on bike article

I saw this article in the DM and wondered what others made of it. I thought the dad was at fault for not supervising properly but the couple sound horrible.

There are two really long threads about it on here somewhere. the consenus was that the Dad was at fault, but neither party come out of it brilliantly.

Sorry I didn't see them. Sounds like something mumsnetters would have plenty to say about.

I will see if I can find them, they are everything you would imagine.

I saw in the paper this week that the couple wouldn't be facing charges. So that's good.
