Can anyone help me with the two issues I am having with My Alexa show and echo dots please.
The first issue is I have connected a ring doorbell and a plug in chime. I have linked the accounts so that when the bell is rung I can hear the chime in the kitchen. But, it doesn't just chime it says "motion detected at the front door" and whatever else it says when someone walks past every time also. Is there a way I can stop it talking and just chime? I just can't work out how to do it.
The second thing is my playlist. I have one massive random one that I listen to a lot. When it plays from Alexa from Apple Music it plays from the beginning every single time. It won't shuffle
Or start from where I last listened to. Any idea how I can get it to shuffle or start at somewhere other than the beginning?
