Coconut oil

I’ve been looking at making my own hand scrub with salt and coconut oil. Can I use a jar of cocunut oil from Aldi or do I need a specific skin care one? I’ve tried to google it and to ge honest, I’m non the wiser!! Thanks

Yes you can use the same oil to you would use as food. I get mine from Aldi too.

I make hair products for myself with the food grade Coconut oil. All good.

Should be fine as long as it is virgin coconut oil. Can recommend whipping it with a whisk to make a nicer texture.
