I have a 6 year old ds.
He has a diagnois of autism.
He is also under a orthopedic consultant as he complains of alot of pain. He has alot of hypermobility too. He haa done physio he saw 3 different physios and 1 sais they want many issues but gave him lots of exercise they next time we went we saw another one who tried to help as ds was struggling and she said his joints were hypermobile she brought another physio in who said he was actually stiff but ahe couldnt see any actual issues a d diacharged him.
Ds also has continence issues. He wear a pull up at night but we uses schedules during the day normally we have some good some bad days. We have experienced significant loss this year which has caused some regression in his toileting but last few days have been the worst ever he can't stay dry for half an hour. Hes wetting though his pull at night. He has said that sometimes his wee changes in temp and burns. Gp are sending a sample off but think its highly unlike as hes aboy that its a UTI.
He has very very sensitive skin so gets sore from wetting very quickly. We are using sudocrem and a barrier cream. We have been prescribed every possible cream previously when we have had really bad times with it. Also along with the creams in the house we have him walking round with just a tshirt on. Is there any other advice that may help with the soreness that anyone has?
