3 weeks pregnant

Hi, I'm new to mumsnet but looking for advice. I'm 3 weeks pregnant 3 strong pregnancy tets. But today I have brown spotting when wiping with lower belly cramps and back ache
Has anyone else had this is it normal? Should I be worried?

I think as far as it's not red blood and you're not in bad pain you should be ok. I'm no expert though. If you're really worried try and find the telephone number for the maternity centre at your local hospital, or speak to your GP. 111 is a bit of a lost cause at the mo and wait times are very long! I hope everything is ok
