Ideas to help with excess screen time

Since lockdown, like much of the rest of the country my screen time has absolutely rocketed.
Work and meetings are now online, fitness and yoga are zoom, Skyping family and friends, plus an increase of time on social media, gaming, texting and tv, it’s all on a screen.
I’m getting a sore head most days and my eyes feel heavy and tired.
I can’t just cut it all out (especially as several hours are work related!), so has anyone else found anything that helps with this? I’m going to do a nearly no screen weekend I think and see if that helps!

Not really got any tips other than just don't look at your phone when it can be avoided. Easier said than done though obviously Grin

Try and do exercise outside if you can. Walk/run/cycle/yoga without a screen.

Read a book/do a puzzle/knit a jumper instead of watching TV/gaming/social media.

Go old skool and use the phone to speak to people instead of Skype or text.

If you can see people face to face (with 2m distance once).
