Since lockdown, like much of the rest of the country my screen time has absolutely rocketed.
Work and meetings are now online, fitness and yoga are zoom, Skyping family and friends, plus an increase of time on social media, gaming, texting and tv, it’s all on a screen.
I’m getting a sore head most days and my eyes feel heavy and tired.
I can’t just cut it all out (especially as several hours are work related!), so has anyone else found anything that helps with this? I’m going to do a nearly no screen weekend I think and see if that helps!
