Does anyone else feel like the whole world is just mad at them for no real reason?

I've literally had about 4 different women get catty at me in the last week or so. These are all just acquaintances (housemate, an estate agent and 2 colleagues)

Has anyone else felt like that - like everyone just hates them despite you just going on about your business and being polite to them?

Do we all go through random phases like that or not so much?

Yes, I don't think people are actually behaving differently towards me though, I think it's more my mental state at the time that causes me to feel like that.

I think a lot of people are feeling under stress and behaving like arses, as a result. Unfortunately the other that are under stress but feeling more delicate than angry are suffering further because they’re on the receiving end of it. Of course the angry ones will excuse their behaviour while telling those that are struggling that they’re being silly and unreasonable.

All too often, the ones who react to stress by becoming more sensitive are seen as weak, oversensitive etc compared to the ones who get angry as a result of stress.
