Zoom fails

I had a very important zoom meeting today. I did my hair and make up early and about half an hour before the start I got dressed and put my dressing gown on top so ds couldn't wipe his sticky little hands all over me. Of course I completely forgot about the dressing gown until I joined the call, panicked, and then spent the first 5 minutes wearing my fluffy pink dressing gown with ketchup stains down the front before 'casually' slipping it off.

This is only slightly less embarrassing than excusing myself to nip to the loo during an online course. Ds decided to 'help' and brought the laptop into the toilet for me with the camera facing forwards! 🤦‍♀️ The class got a few seconds of a very startled me on the toilet before I snapped it shut, then joined the class again 10 minutes later like nothing happened.

it’s a blessing that the camera is usually not of sufficient quality to really make out what anyone’s wearing in any great detail. I’m sure people just thought it was a coatigan

Pretty obvious with the toilet though!

I’m glad for these video call faux pas, would all be incredibly dull otherwise.

My daughter was on a Zoom dance class. She was in front of the TV which is on the wall so fully visible and I was searching on a movie app for the film I wanted to watch later that night. Turns out there is an adult movie of the same name and up pops the image of a woman's bare arse beside the name of the movie. I have no idea if her dance teacher saw or any of the children in the class

Half bottle of wine and empty glass from night before on shelf behind me during music lesson with kid
