Cleaners - how much do you charge for an end of tenancy clean?

I'll be moving out of my rented property in about 6 weeks, just trying to get an idea of price now so I know how much money to put aside. It's a 2 bedroom flat, no carpets.

We paid £270 for a small, two bed house last year. No carpet but did include the oven.

Thanks, yes I'd want an oven clean too.
