Nagative test

So i was sapossed to have my peroids on the 6'th instead i got cramps they never arrived.I have to throw up every morning before i eat something.I took a test today and it was negative though my breasts are heavy and i have headaches from time to time. Could i be pregnant or am i just late and paranoid

I would say take another test in a few days time. I have 2 children (13&10) with my youngest I didn’t get a positive until 6 weeks! You could just be late or miss a period altogether. Are you under any stresses at the moment? That can cause missed or late periods.
