Has anyone used? I'm tempted to buy a sofa and chair but never used them before. I've read reviews but theres nothing on specific items re comfort etc.

I have had a few things from the but never soft furnishings. Was happy with what I did buy though.

I've used them, bought two single bed frames. Really good quality and cheap price. I'd buy from them again

I've had furniture (wardrobes mainly) from them recently. The quality of the furniture is great. At the moment they seem to be quite slow at releasing items for delivery to the couriers which they are claiming is due to demand. I had 4 pieces of furniture which they released in 3 separate batches meaning I had multiple deliveries on multiple days rather than just one.

Leaning towards just going for it.

I got a few things from there. They were good quality given the price (I bought very cheap stuff though).

I bought a mid sleeper with desk, drawers and shelves type thing and was actually really impressed by the quality for what I paid. DS (9) loves it and it's still going strong 2 years on. A bit harder to build than your usual IKEA but managed it myself nonetheless

We’ve recently had bedside tables, a set of drawers and an ottoman bed from them. Delivery took a while but everything is solid wood and really good quality.

Yes, bought the DCs beds. Brilliant quality and cheaper than anywhere else.

Use a credit card, that way you have some buyer protection. You can always pay it off straight away if you don't want to carry a debt.
