Now, I think that “a few” is usually four or five. More than “a couple” (about two) and less than “several” (six or seven).

Level 1 30 day shred, bloody Jillian says “just a few more” and then demands TEN more while your right buttock is burning and you want to die.

This is incorrect use of the term “a few”, isn’t it? It gives me the rage every time

DH used to have to shut two doors between me doing the 30 day shred and everyone else, due to the profanities being aimed at the TV. . .

She almost says ‘almost there’ and then continues to demand another gazillion arm presses combined with squats.

I was thinking exactly this just last night doing her shred!!! She even then says a few moments later "two more".

She barely starts a set of exercises, before uttering that! I swear a lot at her

I'm doing Insanity Max 30 right now and one of Shaun T's minions says "if you can't do one more, do three more". I veer between finding it oddly inspiring and fucking infuriating.

Glad it’s not just me! I have got used to it on Level 1 now but I will never trust that woman again

It is a killer BUT I did think I noticed today a bit of muscle on my thigh, which hasn’t been spotted since 2003. It would be a miracle if it had made a reappearance!
