Ocado Low price promise

I have been shopping with Ocado for about 6 years now and I have never been given a refund on their low price promise - how is that possible? Are they really that cheap?

Anyone else get a refund voucher? How do you receive it - do they email you?

Think there must be something wrong with the way they have recorded my contact details - I didn't receive one letter from them regarding the Covid deliveries...everyone else seemed to get one. Not a top priority at the moment I suppose.
