Can someone please please help hr arnt getting back to me, in a nutshell I took my 52 weeks maternity leave once that ended I took my annual leave which was about 7 weeks then due to a few issues I took 8 weeks parental leave. My maternity policy states I've to return for 3 months after my maternity ended this ended on 21st feb and the 3 months is 21st of may would the parental leave count towards the 3 months return.
