My husband bought something off ebay, which did not work so we made a few attempts to contact the seller but got ignored. We opened a PayPal dispute which the seller closed! So we opened another one, this time a request was made for the item to be returned and then a refund would be issued (this came in an email via PayPal) we returned the item and now PayPal have found in the buyers favour, but I can't see any reasons why or what has happened,
PayPal seem to go out of their way to make the site as hard to navigate as possible, but this item was £60, and the seller has 6 other negs this month for similar problems 
Can anyone tell me how to navigate round PayPal and get some answers please
