Distract me please!

Have just watched Save Me on Now TV. It was like a car crash, I knew I wanted to look away but I just couldn't. I finished the series and am feeling incredibly triggered, it's really set off the symptoms of my complex PTSD and I'm struggling. I have managed to avoid triggers for a long time and now I honestly feel completely out of my depth 😔 please chat to me!

Think that kangaroo must have been looking at his own reflection thinking it was another roo. Glad I don’t live in Australia, the wildlife is so WILD!

I'm not keen on bananas. Mind you even if they tried to follow me, I think I could out run them at that rate.

@picklemewalnuts @HollysBush they're so scary! They grow to bigger than 6ft too 😵 went to a safari park in Australia and there was a kangaroo height chart, that set off the phobia haha

I'm off to bed shortly, but will divert you by mentioning what I dreamed last night (often a very vivid dreamer).

I was in a panic because my 1940's hair do wouldn't work, and trapped in a small space with a pretty 11 yr old girl who was in fact a demon I needed to beat to death. When I managed to get away, I had to dodge sheep on the pavement, some wearing woolly tank tops, and some on Leads being walked by their owners. And I was lost at a concert, got separated from my friends.

I woke up with my pulse pounding so hard and fast I couldn't count it!

Dreams! Flipping exhausting!

OP I watched it a couple of weeks ago. Tough going for sure.
