I dont really follow USA politics but will Donald Trump really be voted back in?

Personally the very idea terrifies me.
The man seems totally out of control. Refuses to answer any questions he dosnt like.
Takes no responsibility for anything he does.
And all this, as well as being a misogynist, bully.
I couldn't believe he was voted in, in the first place.
Was it because he ran against a woman?
Oh for this all to have happened when Obama held the reins. Whether things would have been much better or not I dont know. But I'm damn sure it would have been dealt with a lot more calmly.

Before the covid epidemic I would have said yes I’m quite sure he would have the economy was doing quite well and had been for a while. Previous presidents in similar positions regarding the economy have always been voted back in

Now not so sure but the Democrats needed a really strong contender against him either a big personality or someone quite the opposite (like Johnson and Starmer) to appeal to floating voters to get those voters who might not bother as they not keen on either out to vote. I’m not sure they have that with Joe Biden

And of course there shall be the smears campaigns - why let something like the truth matter in politics (it’s not new it’s always gone on)
