Crappy things about your home that you actually quite love.

Our bedroom windows are terrible, the wind positively howls through them even if it's just a light breeze.
I love it, it's so atmospheric, like living at Wuthering Heights. I love nothing more than being warm and cosy I bed as the wind whistles through our shoddy windows.
My husband occasionally mentions getting them replaced and I have to distract him with some other home improvement project.

What fault or quirk about your home are you attached to?

My kitchen is tiny. Cleaning it from top to bottom takes about an hour. And that includes the cupboards, fridge, freezer and floor. I often say I'd love a massive big kitchen, but I don't really.

South facing conservatory-absolutely baking in summer. I use it like a sauna and love lying in there sweltering!
Also useful as an extra fridge in winter!

We have a freezer that’s in a cupboard an inbuilt type one. It’s a pain to open the draws in it and always seems to freeze up. But when you shut the door it always makes a sound like it’s blowing you a kiss. It accidentally got turned off by the plumber once and I only realised because when I shut the door it didn’t blow me a kiss.

@acatnamedfox I can empathise with that!
