Has anyone had trouble with Facebook after losing a loved one? I lost my dad on the 30th of April, I'm just getting round to sorting everything. I've requested his account to be memorised. It asks for something to show my link to him aka a birth certificate and also something showing he has passed.
I have sent my birth certificate which I was reluctant to do plus the obituary, they keep ignoring it and sending the same copy and paste template in response asking for the same things. I've checked my sent inbox and both documents are attached everytime. What am I doing wrong? It was easier to close my dads bank account than this. How does a social media website hold so much power? I just want it off there, it's too painful. I have saved all photos I need off there.
