DP driving me crazy

Background to this: DP is lovely, caring, warm hearted. And I am knackered, NHS worker, working a new rolling rota with no differential between weekends and weekdays, rarely on the same ward twice so get no continuity, having to work with bullying bosses who I should have never had to work with again. And we should have been getting married this month but that is now cancelled. And im probably being overly grumpy.

But DP is PISSING ME RIGHT OFF today and I can't even get away! He is furloughed but company is topping up the rest. He also had 3 months off between jobs over christmas and had only been back at work max of 1 month before all this kicked off. Every day I get home and his response to what he has done is "pottered" or "not much". He might do a single simple DIY job in the house but stretch it out over the whole day.

He has a creative job and he has clearly spent a lot of time in the past honing his skills but not once in the 6 years that we have been together has he done this at home. He has no ambition to move upwards in his job, and has been doing the same thing for 10 years.

I've suggested other ideas- painting, catching up with friends, ANYTHING to entertain him. I am an introvert and just need some time to myself on days off but I cant get that. A day alone in the house sounds like a dream right now!
