Tomato free spag Bol

Anyone got any tried and tested recipes for the above? Ideally something simple - I'd be making normal SB for 3 then the tomato free version for one !

Just use an oxo cube plus water with the mince and a good bubble. Dash of worcestershire sauce seasoning and a bit of flour to thicken. Obv not really a bolognaise at all really but something you could have with spaghetti and a sprinkle of cheese.

I do this with frozen mixed veg (so more of a cottage pie combo) with mash for my tomato averse youngest.

Sorry I don’t have a tried and tested recipe, but they were talking about this on The Kitchen Cabinet yesterday, reminding us that an authentic bolognese contains very little tomato anyway and uses milk & white wine.
So you could look up an authentic Italian recipe?

I agree. You don't really need tomato anyway. Just cook for a really long time and add a bit of wine or milk.
