Rhythm is not a dancer!

As far as dancing in general goes, I’m not too bad, however when doing aerobics or exercise dance, I realise I’ve no rhythm! I can’t seem to do basic moves and keep time with the music. Even simple knees up moves, I can’t seem to follow Blush.

How can I get better? Lots of practice in a mirror or following someone on YouTube? Any suggestions!

Nah just own it.

Good advice! I do love dancing regardless, I’d just love to be one of these people who have naturally good rhythm. Been watching too many Strictly episodes Smile

Use the Youtube speed settings to slow the video down, concentrate on accuracy not speed.
