What to do with heavy carrot cake?

I made a carrot cake yesterday from an American recipe online. It tastes ok but it didn’t rise properly so has the density and weight of a discus. What can I do with it? Chop it up and make a sort of rocky road? Could probably literally use it as a paving slab.

Ooh, trifle. Also a good idea for DD2’s Swiss roll that went a bit flat cos the tin was too big.
