My sis didn't know bra straps are adjustable wtaf

On zoom, one was much higher than the other. She is 40.

If your bra straps fall down off your shoulders, the back is too big and you should go down in inches. If it rides up at the back, your cup size is too small.

Start out wearing your bra on the biggest setting and tighten as it get older.

How do I know these things and she doesn't?

If you can put a pull on sports bra on after a shower, you can do anything.

I think it was an old bra. Somehow on one was loose and one tight, hence the issue and lack of comfort that started the conversation.

For the hooks, I do mine up behind my back
My left thumb nail sits so it's just behind the eye of the middle fastening and my right so it's over the middle hook. I always do the middle one first and the others are then easy to find
Might sound obvious but a friend was when I showed her as she just grabbed the bra and went in blind trying to find the hooks

I've got two 'crop top' type sports bras with crossover straps. You have to pull them on over your head and then work out where to put your arms. It's like the bloody Krypton Factor, which is the last thing you need when your chest is open to the elements...

I read the thread title and laughed out loud. Hilarious! How has she come this far without noticing the little buckles? I’d never let my sis live this down but in my family love is expressed by taking the piss out of each other 😂

Buckles have been 100% ornamental for dsis up until now.

Our families sound similar, we all tease each other and give as good as we get.

Lol, another front fastener here. How did she get to 40 without realising that. When you buy bras in M&S the straps are really short.
I've just re taken up running to counter act my cake habit. The sports bra is a bit tiny and I nearly bust a rib getting it on then swiveling. I won't buy a new one, this one shout bloody well fit.

This made me laugh today.
