Best way to buy Nintendo switch games? Asking for my 8 yr old!

Ds has been given a switch lite for his birthday. Obviously he is now linked up to the Nintendo shop etc, but I wondered if there were any more coat effective ways of buying games? At £50 a pop he won't get much 😂

I'm looking on eBay etc, but am I missing any other places?

Buy the games as a cartridge in physical form, normally the same price. Popular ones are in supermarkets but also easy to order online for delivery.

Then sell them on eBay when he gets board of them. Or buy from eBay to begin with as well. My DS is 8 and has a switch. Has games he's literally loaded up once. Only really plays Minecraft.

No, they're expensive even in CEX. I'd go for downloads direct to the device rather than bothering with the actual physical card.

Actually that's a fair point re selling on. But my DS is so crap at looking after disks etc we usually can't hence I go for the online downloads

cdkeys.com is a great place to buy games cheaper. You buy the game on the site and then redeem the code on the Nintendo store. Most £50 games are £40 or less

We download them, it's easier and I have no interest in reselling. The Nintendo store often has sales where you can get top games at good prices and there are usually a fair selection of things under a tenner that an 8 year old would be happy to play.

The big name games are always going to be costly but you could try Cex, not sure if they are delivering at the moment.

We love some of the less well known title games, stardew valley, moving out, overcooked. Much smaller prices, lots of fun.
