Scratched my excema a little too hard last night and this happened. Should I get it checked out or just bung some savlon on?

It looks ok to me, it should scab over. There is no spreading redness (erythema) or tracking up the leg. Just keep it clean and dry.

I don’t think so, just keep it clean and dry maybe a bit of Sudo cream.

Normal. Let it dry up and wear cotton pjs at night to stop the scratching!

I use rosehip oil with tea tree and lavender for things like that. Heals and disinfects.
