Quite liked AO, can't speak for quarantine restrictions though.

But found it easy and (when I ordered) it had a range of delivery options at different costs depending on when you wanted it.

The drivers were suitably helpful and you can pick and choose what services you need. So removing packaging, installation, disposal etc.

Have ordered a number of white goods from them. First time ordered a TV. Second time a freezer and dishwasher. They actually offered a fill in this questionaire thing at the end, which gave us free removal of the old dishwasher. Third time, ordered a washing machine, paid for the old washing machine to be taken away.

Each time drivers were polite, arrived when expected and were super helpful in putting it where the stuff was needed.

Another vote for AO

Another vote for ao.com. But we've also done well with curry's. When our 12+ YO dishwasher suddenly died, I looked for the best value suitable model that could be delivered quickly and settled on a basic Bosch.

Curry's were cheapest including next day delivery. Mumsnet favourite John Lewis would have been £50 more and take over a week to deliver which is simply not an option when the pots are piling up.

Boots kitchen appliances use AO but can be cheaper and you get advantage card points!
