You Tube recommendations for Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi please

Hiya,

I've fancied taking up Yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi for a while, I'm not really sure what the differences are, and so thought if I could try some YouTube tutorials during lockdown then I could decide and look for a class once they start again.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a 48 year old complete beginner?

Thanks Smile

Do a free trial of Les Mills On Demand and try Body Balance. It’s great.

Yoga with Adriene on YouTube does really good explanations. Loads of free content!

Yoga with Adriene is a great intro to yoga.

Yoga good for flexibility

Pilates good for building core strength

Tai Chi is a martial art, but can be practiced for general fitness, it is good for general core strength and flexibility but I think would be quite difficult to learn from you tube without having had some face to face lessons first.

I've been doing yoga with Adrienne through lockdown. It's really good easy to follow and a variety of session lengths
