Hi ladies, I believe there are some sleep gurus around and wondered if you could help. My daughter is 5.5 months old but was born 6 weeks early which makes her scheduling tricky. Currently it looks like this...
Wake 5am, snooze and play, I cannot get her back down.
Downstairs at 6.30
Feed at 7.
Nap 8-9.30
Feed at 11
Nap 12- 1.30/2
Feed at 3
Nap 4- 5.15
Feed at 6.30
In bed and asleep for 7
Dream feed at 11
I would like to get her to a 6.30/7 wake up. She doesn’t always manage her naps without being held.
Any suggested tweaks? Where am I going wrong? Thanks so much xx
