Who's making a cocktail today?

DH is firing up the barbecue later. I was thinking of doing an orange version of a French 75 - orange gin, fresh juice and zest from an orange, prosecco. I think it could work.

We had a 75 yesterday - Hendricks gin, champagne, elderflower cordial, cucumber garnish, ice. Delicious.

Quite fond of a Long Island Iced Tea at the moment, too.

I love a margarita at the moment - no triple sec though - freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar syrup, tequila in a glass rimmed with salt. Heaven!

Sorry, a Fresh 75, that should be.
