The tablet that we have been using for homeschooling has decided to give up so we need a replacement. I’d like if possible for this to be something that dd1 will be able to use when she starts secondary school in Sept 2021 but I don’t know what the expectations of access to personal technology at home are for your average year 7.
The death of the tablet also means that we’ve lost all the phonics etc apps that her younger siblings were using, so something that could accommodate those would be helpful.
Do any secondary teachers/parents have any advice on the kind of thing we should be looking for?
