Gift for friends in US

Some friends in the US are going through a tough time with health issues and recent job loss. I’d like to send something to cheer them up but am struggling for ideas for things I can get to them during the current lockdown. Any inspired suggestions (bonus points for places delivering in mainland US)?

I’d send traditional British food - teabags, biscuits (something like Shortbread), cake (Victoria sponge maybe), oatcakes, jam or marmalade, chocolates. I’d sure stores like Harrods deliver abroad, or that you can order online in the US. Possibly even Amazon do them.
Alternately some nice soaps and toiletries from a traditional British company like Woods of Windsor.
Or flowers always go down well.

Good quality English tea! If they like tea that is

My cousins live in America and when they come to visit they always buy loads of tea to take back. They moved about twenty five years ago
