looking for paint ideas while I can't browse the shops. I ve purchased curtains (wisteria from John LEwis) and want to change the colour of my room. It's a lovely Sunny sitting room with a chimney breast and two alcoves. Currently a very dull neutral shade. Our other down stairs room has the same alcoves which are painted a darker colour but still neutral. What would you choose?

I would pick out the green in the curtains, not as bright but a paler version. Especially if the room gets lots of light. You could just have it in the alcoves and off white everywhere else.
