Online chat wait time for Ryan air

Has anyone done an online chat with Ryan air in last few days? Does anyone know how long the wait time is ?

I did yesterday and was connected within about 5 minutes

Finally through 🙏🏻

Only they tell me that the document my insurance needs will
Be emailed to me in 10 working days but my insurance company will
Cancel my claim if I don’t submit within 2 weeks time.

They say they can’t send it any quicker.
