Anyone use a Brita water jug?

What do you think? We have hard water and lately it’s started tasting not very nice..string smell of chlorine. Thinking of getting one but not sure how good/safe it is?

I have a Britax maxxtra which I use to fill our fridge reservoir. It's much better than tap water which I hate. Even our dogs prefer it!

Pretty good. And I use the universal filters from Wilkos, cos cheaper.

Our tap water is disgusting so we have one. Also hard water so we fill the kettle/iron from it and it doesn't fur up. Fits in the fridge door.

Just for the dogs? Do you mean an additional one just for the dogs?

Is it active charcoal that filters the water?

I have one and have found it really good. My area always had very nice drinking water but the water company changed the mix and I could really taste and smell the chlorine.

I’ve just got a Brita kettle and my cups of tea have never tasted so good!

we have this one and wouldn't be without it. It holds a decent quantity of water and has a little light thing that let's you know when to replace the filter. I have used both the Brita filters and Costco own brand quite happily.

Yes. We do have one just for the dogs!
Our fridge dispenses filtered water but getting a litre or more at a time was messing up the button.
So I got them a jug.
We used to have a Brita jug just for us before we got the fridge! It does make such a difference.
