I had a Hoseasons break booked for May half term, they moved it to next year as they were’t refunding at the time. I had paid the full balance of £2500 the week before lockdown.
They are now refunding, but only once your original date has passed.
I would like a refund - however- we are stuck with May half term dates and I’m worried that there will be nothing available in another month.
I would book with the park direct but it’s another £500 deposit ( non refundable) - I always thought Hoseasons owned the parks but they are just agents.
I’m also worried that, if Hoseasons go under, there is no chance of recovering the £2500.
Do I risk another £500 to double book in case hoseasons fold or do I cross my fingers and hope they stay in business?
If I could get a refund today I would definitely do it but who knows what will happen in the next month.
