Huffy Hubby

So we are having a typical Sunday (even after a month of Sundays 😁), DH, DD13, DD7 and me. Slept in, took the dog for a walk in the local woods. Had a late cooked breakfast brunch, DD13 dyed her hair, me and DD7 did a Zoom quiz and DH cooked the Sunday roast. The 2 girls and me spent the rest of the day in peace and quiet on our devices, playing games, watching YouTube and drinking wine while scouring Mumsnet and listening to podcasts (me 😊). During his ‘down’ time today, DH has been wondering from room to room like a spectral being, obviously bored, and huffing to himself for effect! It’s really making me giggle a little inside.

Nothing else just thought I’d share 😁

He sounds like he’s having a tough time so I’m not sure I’d be giggling. Do you like your husband?

I do love my husband very much. I would worry if I though he wasn’t coping. He is still working so his days haven’t changed very much, apart from me not working so the house is spotless and he is having scrummy homemade meals every day (apart from Sundays when he cooks).
