Stupid question but my legs are noticeably longer And I am much more flexible. For eg I can touch my toes for the first time in my life.
I have been doing some yoga but I’ve had periods in my life where I have done much, much more yoga and been extremely fit and flexible but still unable to touch my toes.
The only difference I can recognise is that I am not wearing heels (just flats) and I am getting a bit more sleep. Would that make my legs longer?
