Never used Wowcher before and, thinking myself clever, I ordered some reusable Washable fabric face masks a while back. I have some I made myself but family would rather wear shop bought ones. Local chemist didn’t know when they’d get further stock, Amazon only had what appeared to be deliveries from China. I didn’t want to order from ebay. All other decent suppliers online were out of stock. The masks themselves were inexpensive but P&P charges were high. I didn’t mind that.
Somehow I figured out how to order the stuff and redeem the voucher.
The order confirmation said I’d get them by yesterday. It is what it is. Nothing arrived. The order progress on the site says the voucher has been redeemed and I should get them by the 15th May. On closer inspection, the seller appears to be a Chinese supplier. Which means I won’t get them for ages, if ever.
Can I un-redeem the voucher? Effectively, cancel the order? I don’t think I can get the money back but I don’t want these masks anymore now that I know they’ll take ages to arrive.
I’d rather wait for my local chemist to re-stock.
Silly of me, I know. Any way out of this?
