Factory reset on 4yo?

So the 4yo has developed a fault. DH is being calm about the dismember of his dy by nearly 5yo DS but I'm inwardly gutted at the loss of my a. He has spent the day calling us Dad and Mam instead of our actual names, Daddy and Mama.

The twins can't talk so they're no use. DS was a late take too so I've had even less Mama time that I should have.

I can't find the booklet that came with him and he's refusing to tell me where the factory reset button is.

How do I fix my faulty DS so he uses our proper names again?

I often find holding out a biscuit does the job when mine is on the blink

Try chocolate

Apparently a star chart helps

A star for every time he says mama and tearfully removing one if he forgets it? I like it.

Or maybe pin a cloth a or dy to him every time he forgets, like in Pollys P's and Q's

I’ve been searching for the reset or volume control on mine for 11 years 😂

My toddler recently stopped calling us ’mama’ and ’dada’ and has swapped to ’mummy’ and ’daddy’. It is alarming and also slightly more annoying. ’Mummyyyyyy’ is just infuriating!
