8 month old Baby voice hoarse

Hello, my baby has had a hoarse sounding voice for the past two days although he doesn't seem Ill.
He has been constipated and this seems like a weekly thing so I'll have to call the Dr about it on Monday and he has also had a rash for three days but it's gone now and then the hoarse voice developed.
Just putting anything here which may be relevant but does anyone have any experience of this?
He hasn't cried or spoken very much so I doubt he has worn it out. Strange.

Hi, My 8 month old daughter has been the same for the last 3 days - hoarse cry and vocalisations but otherwise fine, no cold signs and doesn’t cry excessively. Just wondering what the outcome was with your son? Thanks.
