Would anyone like to help me plan a food tour of UK?

I am really starting to miss eating out, and have been thinking about planning a holiday, perhaps for next year to explore the best british food.

I am London based, so can head in any direction. Please can you share your favourite local restaurants, that really show case what is great about British food?

This is in a lovely area next to Glencoe. The restaurant isn’t very glamorous but food great- if you like seafood
