How wide is the fabric?

Measure across the fattest part, not the perimeter. Add half an inch or 1 cm for your seam allowance.
And do a little “box” at each corner to avoid empty pointy corners. Fold the corner into a triangle with the stitching on top of each other and sew across it. Or Google boxing corners.Wink
Envelope backs are easy, or a zip across the back. Or just stitch the opening by hand!

Standard fabric is 150-180cm wide so you could get one cushion out of 60-70cm (incl a few cm each edge for seam allowance, comfortable spacing etc. Therefore I would probably want 2.5-3m of fabric to comfortably make 4 cushions. That doesn't include any allowance for pattern matching etc though.

2.5 m , more if pattern matching or for edging etc.
