I'm sad because I had an ambition on eating then collecting tubes of every flavour Pringle during lockdown. Today I discovered that they do curry flavour. I don't like curry, so my dream will never come true. Sad

Why is your 40 year old sad today? (Person must be in their 40s and can be yourself. No imaginary friends allowed).

My 40 year old is sad because he was made to wear a princess tiara by our 4 year old and was wearing it so long that he forgot he had it on... until he joined a Teams meeting with the camera on.

Because my life hasnt turned out the way my 19 year old self thought it would.. I thought I'd be married to an architect with 3 perfect children whilst holding down a job in investment banking and holidaying 3 times a year Confused.
I legit sometimes get sad about it even though it was very very clearly never going to happen and today is one of those days I'm just feeling pitiful about it.

My 40 year old is sad (and very grumpy) because he’s still working and he can’t just go out and do what he wants. In particular, he can’t go out for dinner and then to the pub. Nor can he go to the gym. He’s not happy at all.

I'm also sad/regretful that I bought regular oven chips and not the crinkle cut ones they had. I just thought they were too frivolous. If I could go back in time...
