We watched it. I was unaware that I hadn't discussed it with DH before now. He has long complained that the safety gloves he has to wear make working dangerous as they are about twice the size of his hands.
He has complained that he cannot get safe safety wear and, to prove them wrong, sourced alternative, smaller sized PPE, including women's wear. He was surprised it was easy to source and not much.more as expensive as he had only just had to tell a female colleague that he couldn't help, there was no such thing as commercially available, certified site wear smaller or more suitable for women.
His company shrugged, odd as the management team are all female.
So he is taking in a copy of her book and is sending them a link too.
I had no idea it annoyed him so much. But he spent half an hour talking to his female colleagues, priming them for what might happen, giving them the links.
Thankfully none of them told him he was mansplaining*, but he is fairly angry about it, and I had no idea he had been shouting about it for a while.
*He is older, less bothered by the management, they are all much younger, at the beginning the start of their careers in a mostly male industry. I suspect they are happy to let him take the flak.
