Personality types - a bit of fun...

Some of you will be familiar with this, but it's a bit of fun finding out about your personality on www.16personalities.com

It's based on the Myers-Briggs questionnaire indicating how people perceive the world and make decisions.

It was spot on for me. I'm a ISFJ.

ENFP for me and it is scarily accurate!! That was a good waste of a few minutes Grin

pinksmileysticker · 01/05/2020 12:58

INFJ-T. The description is extremely accurate.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 01/05/2020 13:41

I've done these tests a few times, I'm ESTJ and it's very accurate.

SausageCrush · 01/05/2020 13:47

They are interesting aren't they?
The whole family are having a go now 😁

I felt like I was contradicting myself constantly on the answers. Some of the results were pretty accurate though.

MoonBaby1 · 01/05/2020 13:56

ENFP

Boopear · 01/05/2020 14:00

I am always and persistently an ISTP-A . Every time, on every variant of this assessment, even when I consciously think I'm not answering in an "ISTP" way!

Which I understand is pretty rare for us of the female persuasion. I've found it pretty useful actually, as it has really helped to understand my dissatisfaction with my job and what may work better for me.

thismeansnothing · 01/05/2020 14:02

ISTJ-T

And 67% judgy pants

ReadilyAvailable · 01/05/2020 14:08

INTP-T, but the extrovert/introvert thing is really borderline.

MonkeyToesOfDoom · 01/05/2020 14:09

Virtuoso
ISTP-A

99% introverted.
100% misanthropic..

TwilightPeace · 01/05/2020 14:10

INFJ. I get it consistently and it is so accurate!

Shatandfattered · 01/05/2020 14:12

ENFP-A/ENFP-T which is accurate for me

Waxonwaxoff0 · 01/05/2020 14:12

I'm 92% extrovert and 93% thinker. Only 54% judgy though so that's a close call.

formerchild · 01/05/2020 14:17

ESTJ-T

TheDogsMother · 01/05/2020 14:23

This is very interesting. I have the results of a Myers Briggs test I took in the 90s and it came out as ENTP. I was working in a full on sales environment in the City at the time so I wonder if my personality was slightly shaped by my environment. Or given the pressurised environment and the reason why we were being put through the tests perhaps I was influenced to answer the way I did at the time. I've just taken this one and its come out as ISFJ-A (Defender). There's quite a bit of overlap but I'm now less extrovert and innovative than I was back then apparently. On the plus side I am the same group as the Queen and Beyonce Grin

hellsbellsmelons · 01/05/2020 14:24

Entertainer
ESFP-T
Pretty accurate.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 01/05/2020 14:26

I've just had a look and I'm in the company of Margaret Thatcher and Theresa May. Maybe I'll be the next female PM. Grin

Ginfordinner · 01/05/2020 14:28

ESFJ-T
Consul

7Days · 01/05/2020 14:28

Do you need to give them your email address to get the answers?
I like doing these quizzes but get annoyed at the end if they wont just give me the answer

PerkingFaintly · 01/05/2020 14:29

Give profiling data to a website so at best it can try to flog me washing powder and at worst can "nudge" my vote in elections (including persuading me not to vote at all)?

Mm, think I'll give that one a miss.

You might be doing this for fun, but Neris Analytics ain't.

hellsbellsmelons · 01/05/2020 14:29

No you don't 7Days
You choose not to and you can just read it.
Copy and paste if you want to keep it all.
It's a lot to read!

CuriousaboutSamphire · 01/05/2020 14:35

I love these. Done like this they are nigh on self fulfilling.

I used to teach the one where you draw a pig and to be way you draw it says a lot about you.

Most students thought it was quite accurate and some used it in their own class projects as it was less obviously a personality test, so participants wouldn't skew the results, knowingly nor not.

I made it up, obviously. But all their reasons for using it made a great critique for the real ones.

AnyFucker · 01/05/2020 14:42

That got me down to a T

I am a logistician. Who knew Smile

Rhapsodyinpurple · 01/05/2020 14:43

I'm ISFJ too.

Verite1 · 01/05/2020 15:00

I’m ESFJ-T. Consul. I don’t think it’s accurate at all. However I have done this twice (had forgotten) and got same outcome each time so maybe I just don’t know myself very well!
