I fancied giving this a go- I have a recipe that calls for unsalted butter, whole milk and sugar.
I have to stay home and can't go out to the shops. Sainsbury's delivered their own brand light spreadable butter as a substitution for the block of unsalted normal butter I ordered.
Can I use it for fudge?? I think it is an oil/butter blend, so I'm worried it will cause some weird reaction.
